Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing JBproductions. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and lateness:

Deposits & Rescheduling

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. I allow one reschedule under the original deposit, provided you notify me at least 3days before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations will result in automatic loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show and will be canceled without refund or rescheduling.
